on level 1731 and it stopped working it needs to be fixed since it is an app issue as a new feature was added at this level but it won't finish starting so the game can be played.

QA on this app has suffered since it was taken over by Jam City. Stuck on a level (1316) that is not winnable, even with power ups, due to poor design. I'd like to continue using the app, but it looks like it won't be possible.

Was good till they changed it, now they want you to play for items to build stuff. Your moves are sometimes used when you trigger a move with a move, have had it not keep a level as passed when passed. Makes you use power up moves that are next to each other when no other moves are available.

been playing for a while love it some levels are hard and take up your lives but still a fab game

Well, 5 years ago, the graphics, art, characters and banners were perfect, but not anymore. Now, The gameplay is still great but not the graphic and art, they don't match the Frozen theme, banners are too colourful, characters are not as good as the old one. I hope you will bring back the old graphic again so this game will be perfect (again)

Addictive and FUN! Both my husband and I enjoy this game. I like the multiple choices of play and the quick availability of resources. Way better than candy crush. Great effects too.

Addictive, enjoyable and well made. Lots of variety in the puzzles. No ads and no requirement to spend money as you get free lives every few hours.

The game started having problems with restarting lives. After couple of hours it still shows 0 lives and time to restart 39 min... After I get 1 additional life from watching ad, time until new life restarts to 30 min again

Can't log into Jam City account any longer. It's been weeks and this hasn't been resolved so I've lost a lot of progress. It's a real shame that I'm now going to uninstall this as I've been playing it for years but, there it is. There is little to no customer support since Jam City took over so goodbye Frozen Freefall!

Love this game but for weeks every time I go in for my daily reward, I get day 1 and day 2 but next day goes back to day 1 even though I don't miss a day. Very frustrating because I don't get all the rewards available
